Her images capture moments and the feelings they create. She particularly enjoys photographing land and seascapes, believing that the most striking images are often the simplest. She utilizes natural lighting to create most of her images and primarily utilizes 35mm format, enjoying the versatility that it provides to her. Robin’s photography adventure began when she received her first “instamatic” camera when she was 10 years; she has continued to develop her photographic “eye” over the years. Robin grew up in Central Pennsylvania among rolling hills and farming communities. Such scenes continue to influence her work, as has her love of traveling and seeing new sites. Most recently, she has enjoyed exploring sites throughout New England, the Southwest and Alaska. Robin displays her work throughout New England at various art shows.
